I received the springs yesterday. They were very expensive as you can
imagine, ($1250 ea w. freight, import tax and VAT) but I will tell you
that it has been a long time since I have seen a product that reflects
old style US simple and straightforward quality as well as these do.
Just one look at the metal is all it takes. The color indicates that
they might be made with a high nickel content or even silver.
So, I had to go ahead and paint them to protect against rust. Anyway,
I heard about EATON on the
www.460ford.com forum. On that forum you will find the ablest and
most advanced people in anything that has to do with Ford and Mercury
musclecars and the 429-460 engines in particular.
They said EATON is the best and now I know
why. They are right. Look for some pictures and a report on this superb
deal in the coming days.

I picked up a set of springs for my '72 Nova Friday from you guys. I
have to admit I was a little hesitant to spend the dough and make a 160
mile round trip "just for springs".
BUT...WOW...they are installed and I'm very glad I went for it.
The stance is just right and the ride is smooth as silk soon as I
get the R's up and the thing quits camming. haha
Thanks for the fast friendly service. I will be recommending you
to my buds.

Your customer service is one of the best out
there. Your sales person stayed with me as we looked through your Mustang
II coil spring list for a front coil spring that would fit my application.
We found one that is perfect for my truck. |

Bought these for my 57 Chevy 150 post, they work
great, rides nice and helps with the big block I have in it, took 3 big
guys with me to the Frosted Mug, near Chicago last night, handled like a
dream and rode great! Thanks, so many times we order things that just are
not what they should be, good job! |

I especially appreciated that the sales person
was knowledgeable, and willing to discuss my actual situation and needs,
NOT just what he had to offer. That type of help makes it very easy to
recommend you to others. Thanks |

I have a Buick Grand National turbocharged 6 cyl
powered Chevy 82 Malibu wagon. The Hotchkiss springs I tried using were
too tall in the front and too low in the back. I ordered new front springs
from Eaton. They nailed the stance the first try. |

Thanks for the springs, they fit and did what I
wanted. I worked in the automotive industry for 25 years and it is nice
when things fit the first time with no modifications. Thanks again. |

Your springs are on three of my Torinos. The
suggestion that I was asking for too much of a lowering was helpful. |

I went over what I needed for this project and I
was asked in detail what specific application this was for, so proper
springs would be sent. This was for a customer's car and they corrected
the stance and provided the look he wanted. |

Your phone rep was the only guy in the world of
replacement springs who knew about the non-Firebird 6 leaf springs that
were in my car. I replaced them with 4 leafs. The springs fit right into
place. No problems ordering, receiving or installing them. I had never
changed leaf springs before and I like projects that come off without a
hitch. |

I just returned from a CCCA CARavan to Alaska and
back. We drove over 4100 miles on some of the worst roads I've ever
traveled on in a Classic Car. .My 1941 Cadillac 62 Convertible Coupe rode
great and we had no suspension problems. I am sure I would have broken a
spring with the old springs and "cheater wedges". |

Your
website provided the pictures of bad leaf springs. This helped me decide
on the order for main leaves only. I ordered new main leaves complete with
bushings for my 1937 Packard street rod. I was surprised that you would
have the information in your files for this car. I learned a lot from your
"Spring Tech 101". |

Perfect

I
phoned first for tech information and application assistance for coil
springs to lower the front end of my '69 Ford Fairlane. Customer service
was very helpful and suggested what turned out to be exactly the springs
to accomplish the desired effect. Excellent product and service. Keep up
the good work! |

I
spoke with a very knowledgeable sales rep who asked all the right
questions which ensured my application was true and correct. It's easier
if you do your homework, and have all of the critical information - make,
model, engine, a/c, tire size, stock height, altered, etc. - on hand. |

I
like dealing with your company. I do not know anything about springs and
when I explain in my layman's terms your reps can understand what I am
trying to convey to them. I tell everyone what a great experience it was
to deal with your company because the people on the phone really listen
and care. I will do business with you in the future. |

Eaton
is the only company that seems to offer original ride height. All other
manufacturers offered similar products but were consistently 1" lower
or some type of different size. You guys are the only company I have found
that offers original specifications. Keep turning out the springs for us
car guys. |

Yes
we ordered at a major event. All we had to say was that we wanted to
replace our Chassis Engineering spring set and they showed us a page with
the information. Done deal. The springs have vastly improved the ride of
our 33 Dodge.

Mike,
I am one happy customer! You told me that a new set of Eaton Springs would
make my 1948 Pontiac
rod sit right and ride right. Boy, were you RIGHT! No more banging over
bumps, a really smooth ride. What a great product! I will be singing your
praises to everyone. |

I
got a chance to install the springs this weekend. I was waiting on some
front spindles to come from Miami but I wanted to see what the car would
look like with the springs installed. Man was I impressed!!! I gotta
admit, I didn't really like the car that much, It was so high and ugly
looking( I was actually gonna sell it when I finished restoring it) but
after I did the chassis and suspension work I fell in love with the way
the car turned out. the springs worked out beautifully! Thanks Mike U guys
really know your stuff and I would highly recommend you to anyone looking
for springs. |
